RUSH ORDER

This is the fee I charge for orders which have a tight deadline and orders which are placed after I have closed commission slot applications.

ILLUSTRATION /350$

I am creating a full-fledged illustration based on the description/concept/image of the character you want to order.
All details of the illustration
(Pose/The angle/Special details)
are discussed with you at the sketch stage.

CHARACTER CONCEPT /550$

I am creating a full-fledged concept of the character
(Front or 3/4, back, and side view of body/head)
and details according to your description.
Include WEAPONE/DETAILS CONCEPT

VTUBE MODEL/ 650$

I am creating a full-fledged vtube model based on your concept or my design that is ready for rigging.
I can also create additional variations of clothes for the model or additional variations of accessories.

VTUBE MODEL/CONCEPT 850$

I am creating a full-fledged vtube model and concept based on your description or my design that is ready for rigging.

AGREEMENT

By reading this document and showing intent of commissioning me, you agree to the following:

  • terms outlined on this page

  • keep in contact with me and provide feedback or acknowledgement every time I send you an update

  • you ensure that you are above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods

COMMISSION PROCESS

/Clients are expected to pay the 10% waitlist fee within 3 days of confirming their slot. The remaining 90% will be paid when I will start working on their commission. Please note that the waitlist fee is non-refundable./The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or if the client hasn’t replied within 48 hours./You can request me to make 3 minor changes in the work (Change the location of the part/Change the color of a small part/Etc.)/Adding details after starting work or seriously changing details will cost a certain amount of money starting from $20/Updates for the commission will be sent through Discord/Mail/Commissions will be delivered within 25 days (If it's a character illustration ) or a 50 days (if it's vtube model/characher concept)of me starting the commission(These are approximate deadlines, all deadlines of work are negotiated personally with the customer)

DEADLINE EXTENSIONS

If I ever fail to meet the deadline for the commission, I’ll be contacting the client as soon as possible to state the reason for an extension. If the client refuses the deadline extension, I shall be issuing a refund.

REFUND POLICY

  • Please note that the waitlist fee is non-refundable (with an exception found below). As mentioned in the commission process section, the waitlist fee is 10% of the commission price

  • A refund can be issued when:

  • I. the client has paid in full and has requested a refund before I could work on the commission.

  • II. the client's commission has been terminated by the artist.

  • Refund will be issued after I have discussed the final refund amount with the client.

  • III. If I have done more than 50% of the work, the order cannot be refunded

  • The client will be refunded:

  • I. no more than 70% of the total commission if i made a 30% of the work

  • II. 90% of the total commission price if the client wishes to cancel their commission after paying in full (note that the waitlist fee is non-refundable with the exception of the next item)

  • All transfer fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

  • A refund CANNOT be issued when

  • I. After completion of the work

  • II. The client has intentionally kept negative feedback and request/s for corrections to themselves during the whole commission process.

  • The commission will be terminated after the refund. If the client decides to commission me again, they will have to pay full price.
